Smoothie diet
Have you read Everything you wanted to know about the Smoothie Diet blog article? I have heard about such diet before and I think that this is really good time to introduce smoothies to my diet. I will keep you updated. It is time to by a blender and some veggies. Ideally I would like to drop 5 pounds and I hope the smoothie diet can help. I need to find a recipes that support loosing weight. If you have any please post them. I think I will start slow with 1 smoothie a day. Do you think it is good idea?
Hi. Including smoothies to your diet is very good idea. They are healthy and great for better digestive health. Please do not forget though that 1 smoothie a day will not make much of the difference. Your whole diet should be adjusted according to your goals. This is why it would be the best to see a dietician. Anyways, I am huge fun of smoothies myself and start every single day with them. I personally really like kiwis. They contain lots of vitamins: A, C, K, Potassium, as well as oxidants. They do not have much calories and they improve digestion. Try me recipe for a smoothie with kiwi fruits:
1. 2 kiwis
2. 1 apple
3. handful of raspberries
4. handful of fresh mint leaves
5. half cup of water

The one I like is super simple: 2 bananas, 2 carrots, 2 apples (I prefer sweet apples), 1 table spoon of chia seeds, 1 table spoon of flax seeds.
I usually add 2 glasses of water.
Simple, thick and super smooth.

I love smoothies too. I drink them to support my digestive system and they help me to keep my weight.
Please see below a recipe for one I really enjoy. Apparently it has slimming properties.
1. one handful of spinach
2. one nectarine
3. one orange
4. one stem of rhubarb
Add some water to your liking, mix all together and enjoy.
