Top 3 breakfast ideas recommended by dieticians

I have an article in which a dietician gave 3 different types of meals that are the best choice for breakfast. Parents always say - breakfast is the most important meal. here is what she said:
1. porridge mixed with fruits, nuts and cinnamon
2. scrambled eggs with dark bread and avocado or veggies
3. soup: veggie, tomato or zucchini topped with some grains
Never tried soup for breakfast. Scrambled eggs sounds too heavy for me. so my choice would be number 1. What about you guys? Maybe you have better ideas. What you eat for breakfast? please share. best
