Canada will ban the sale of fuel-burning new cars and light-duty trucks from 2035 according to Reuters. Only zero-emissions cars and trucks can be sold from 2035. British Columbia is phasing out fuel-powered cars and trucks with a total ban coming into effect in 2040. What do you think about this idea? I have read that European Community is planning to do the same. I know that electric vehicles are great for every day commuting but what if you need to travel across Canada. Do you thing that all the infrastructure will be ready by then? It seems like a headache to me. Cheers.
