I start with well known one:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1. fresh strawberries

2. banana

3. Greek yogurt

4. milk

Simple like this. If you want to get dairy-free version please substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and regular milk with oat or cashew milk.

Do not add any sugar. There is plenty of sugar in your fruits.

Do not add any ice. This will make your smoothie watery.

Enjoy.

I have an article in which a dietician gave 3 different types of meals that are the best choice for breakfast. Parents always say - breakfast is the most important meal. here is what she said:

1. porridge mixed with fruits, nuts and cinnamon

2. scrambled eggs with dark bread and avocado or veggies

3. soup: veggie, tomato or zucchini topped with some grains

Never tried soup for breakfast. Scrambled eggs sounds too heavy for me. so my choice would be number 1. What about you guys? Maybe you have better ideas. What you eat for breakfast? please share. best
